1. Introduction Welcome to Mimu’s Jobs Algeria (algeria.mimusjobs.com), a job portal operated by Mimu’s Jobs and dedicated to connecting Algerian professionals with employers across Algiers, Oran, Constantine, Annaba, and beyond.
By accessing or using this website, its features, tools, or services (collectively, the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
2. Eligibility To use our Platform, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age;
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Algerian law; and
- Not be prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable law or regulation.
3. User Accounts When you register on the Platform, you agree to:

4. Job Listings and Content Mimu’s Jobs Algeria aggregates and curates job listings from various sources. While we make reasonable efforts to verify listings, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legitimacy of any job posting.
- Job listings are provided for informational purposes only;
- We are not a party to any employment contract between jobseekers and employers;
- We do not guarantee employment outcomes from using the Platform;
- Users should independently verify the credentials of any employer before sharing personal or financial information.
5. Auto-Apply Feature (Premium) The Premium Auto-Apply feature automatically submits job applications on your behalf using your stored profile. By enabling this feature, you:
- Authorise Mimu’s Jobs Algeria to submit applications to job listings matching your preferences;
- Acknowledge that not all auto-submitted applications may be reviewed by employers;
- Accept full responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of your profile and CV;
- Understand that we are not liable for any outcome resulting from auto-submitted applications.
The Premium plan is billed at $1.99/month, secured via Stripe, and may be cancelled at any time. Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy.
6. Prohibited Conduct You agree not to:
- Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or profiles;
- Use the Platform to solicit money, personal details, or sensitive information under false pretences;
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform without written consent;
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform’s infrastructure or security;
- Impersonate any person, company, or entity;
- Use the Platform for any purpose that violates Algerian law or applicable international regulations.
7. Intellectual Property All content on the Platform — including text, graphics, logos, CV templates, salary guides, and software — is the property of Mimu’s Jobs or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written permission.
8. Privacy Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by Algerian law, Mimu’s Jobs Algeria shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, job listings, or employment outcomes.
10. Modifications to Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Algeria.
